Eagle Lamp
A confident eagle perches on top of a wood post in this wonderful vintage lamp.
Eagle and base are metal. Wood post appears to be oak, and has "distressing", as in "wormy chestnut".
Black shade has a handsome gold paper interior. Shade has 2 slight mars on the exterior of the shade, as shown in the photos. Nice wood finial coordinates with the wood base.
3-Way electric switch. Cord is in good condition and is 8 ft long.
There are quite a few vintage eagle lamps on the market, but this eagle lamp has great style.
Thus the higher price than most of those that you will find with less desirable aesthetics.
